Yesterday amidst the beautiful bustle of having our very dear friends share the day with us our new edition of Barefoot arrived. During a torrential downpour it was all hands to the deck as we brought all fifteen boxes in, and set to work slicing the first box open to reveal the gloriousness contained within.
Gloriousness indeed – it’s truly beautiful. So much wisdom, stillness and beauty, humour and love. Original illustrations, inspirational photography, beautiful art work, deeply connecting poetry and writing which whispers of profound truth and insight. Rewilding, cloud-watching, wilderness wandering, earth building, barefooting, composting, foraging, being man, being mum – a truly wonderful selection of greatness.
Featuring Tim ‘Mac’ Macartney of Embercombe, writer Adele Nozedar, wilderness explorer Jessie Watson Brown, tree climber Ben Atkinson, rewilder Rachel Corby, permaculture dweller Nic Goddard, illustrator Georgie Ripper, poets Sheniz, Nell Aurelia Admiral and Rose Maher, artists Angela Allaway, Tamsin Abbott and Hannah Willow – an array of amazingness.
And now we need it to fly!
Longing to make this venture into the project that pays our way in life, and doesn’t take every last ounce of energy to bring into being … please please help us to grow this beautiful being.
